Magnolia Place of Saxonburg welcomes you to experience a new way of living. We offer our assisted living and memory care residents with a wide variety of services and activities.



Hospitality style dining is prepared and served by our friendly neighborhood staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Fresh fruits, beverages or other provisions are available at your leisure. Join your neighborhood friends monthly for Chef Chats with our Director of Dining Services.


Housekeeping and Linen

A member of our caring and trusted housekeeping team will take care of the details for you with light housekeeping and laundry service weekly.  Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience.


Mail and Communication

Individuals residing in our community receive incoming mail and packages daily as well as sending outgoing mail. We look forward to introducing you to our Business Office Manager.


Meeting Your Needs

Our Resident Care Director, Support Nurse or Director of Admissions will meet with you prior to admission to learn more about your needs to be sure we are the right fit for the services you desire.  At time of move-in or shortly thereafter we will complete an initial assessment with you.  Assessments are completed annually or with a significant change in an individual both of which guides our care for you. We will encourage you or your designee to participate in the development of your individualized care plan.


Personal Care Support

Learning more about your needs enables our neighborhood of caregivers to offer a helping hand after move-in:
Accessing health services
Assistance with meals, mobility and transfers
Bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene and dental care
Continence management and products
Medication reminders, administration and management
Socialization, recreation and access to community resources


Lifestyle Activities

There’s always excitement and fun planned in and around the assisted and memory care neighborhoods. We welcome your attendance and participation during monthly council meetings. Whether it’s fun, educational, cultural, religious or health and wellness, the choice to attend is yours. Ask about our gentleman’s card club, ladies movie group gatherings, or crossword/trivia competitions where our community neighbors experience endless smiles, laughter and friendship.


Maintenance Free Living

Our Environmental Services Director is the helping hand when urgent repairs are needed, routine maintenance or simply lending a helping hand to arrange furniture, hang artwork and pictures.  We encourage you to furnish and decorate with your residence with treasured belongings from home.


Support Staff

You don’t have to worry about being alone with self-supporting living, our neighborhood staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  When a little more assistance is needed with your daily activities of living, a helping hand by a caring team member will help you with those tasks.



Anticipate opportunities for those who enjoy a little shopping around town, eateries and attractions.  Banking and local medical appointments can be door-to-door when pre-arranged with a member of the neighborhood team.
